The DeviantArt Timeline entries from the past few months have discussed how we’re focusing on user experience for DeviantArt and ways to make the site more intuitive. In this journal, we'd like to kick off a discussion on another big design-related milestone: to improve the profile experience on the site, mobile web, and mobile apps.

HEY SPECIES OWNERS, LOOK HERE
HEY YEAH, YOU! I have an idea I want to pitch to you, in case you haven't already done this yet!
You should consider making a masterlist account here on dA, as opposed to a weebly or sta.shed masterlist.
Reasons why:
Masterlists are freaking importantI'll explain the importance of having a masterlist for your species briefly for people who may not have one created yet: If someone is scammed using your species designs, YOU are the one that's going to be forced to resolve the conflict. For this reason, it's vital to have a list of who owns which designs in your species, which not only helps you remember who actually owns each design, but al
I've recently learned that most of my health issues are likely tied to my neck and back. I've spent the better half of a decade looking down at a laptop that I keep on my knees, and it's done its tole on my spine. I've been really "good" at ignoring the resulting pain and stiffness. I've known that my lower back is terrible, and I've known that my neck is stiff and pops and grinds, but I've never really paid attention to these things in full.
I've developed eye issues, tinnitus, chronic fatigue, memory problems, light sensitivity, and chronic tension headaches that have all persisted for about seven years. I hid these health issues for about
okkkkk so I was having some problems with this program, and here are two fixes I found.
They work :) and now I'm happy.
First: Touch sensitivity
I have a Windows 7 comp and a wacom tablet.
So, first open the "Start" menu.

So here's what to do....
go to the folder in which sai is located. it could be "PaintTool SAI EnglishPack" or som

Draw your Stryx and Rider chasing or hunting down one of the following Harpies! (full body, colored, background)
OR
Write a story, featuring your Stryx and Rider chasing or hunting down a Harpia! (1000 word minimum)
If you do not yet own a Stryx, you may draw one of the group's Starter Tytos, instead! Same requirements apply!

i wanna see a pic of your cage(s)! i looove seeing other peoples' cages, they're inspiring!
This is my homemade cage that my grandfather made for me. It still has room for improvement (needs to have a frame made for it sometime), but I love it so much! This pic is actually from a few months ago but it looks pretty similar lol. I've just replaced the lined wooden shelves with plastic shelves made from dog crate pans.
My ALT Small Animal Home. I do like this cage, it's a nice size for 3 rats. Someday when I hopefully can have a bigger group of rats who will all get along, I want to somehow attach this cage to my homemade one to make a super c
